Hawaii New Student Registration Appointment Request (Fall 2020)

This form is for students who currently live in Hawaii. 

Thank you for starting the appointment request form. First we will ask you for your contact information and then we will ask if you have completed:

  1. Enrollment Deposit
  2. Residential Learning Community Application
  3. Student Financial Agreement
  4. Math Placement Evaluation

If you have not completed any of these items we will not be able to schedule an appointment for you.

Math Placement Evaluation

Before you can register for an appointment you MUST complete the math placement evaluation. This evaluation is free, online, and consists of 30 questions that help us place you in the correct courses. 

All incoming students are required to take the math placement evaluation. You will find the link to the math placement evaluation down below.

Student Financial Agreement

Please fill out the Student Financial Agreement. You cannot complete this form until you fill out the agreement.

Steps to complete the agreement:

  • Go to Banner Self-Service
  • Login with your PLU ID and ePass
  • Choose Student Services
  • Choose Financial Agreement (Required Annually)
  • Review and complete the entire agreement
  • Choose SUBMIT my Financial Agreement
  • SUBMIT

You Must take the Foreign Language Placement.
