Documentation Requirement

In order to complete this request, you must turn in the following documents to ISS:

Declaration of Finances (find it here).
A copy of ID page of your current passport.
A copy of the most recent F-1 student visa.

These documents can be scanned and emailed to: iss@plu.edu

In addition, your Re-Entry Application needs to have been processed by the Office of The Registrar first.
