Lånekassen C Form Request

For Norwegian students studying abroad (information from https://www.lanekassen.no/)

The State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen) has a form that needs to be filled in to verify the students' academic progress and tuition fees paid for the academic year. The form is personal and you must download it from Dine sider (your personal pages on lanekassen.no). You will receive email instructions from Lånekassen in February/March with information about this process. Once you download your individual form you can share it with PLU International Student Services for help completing the form.

Please fill out this form to provide International Student Services with the necessary information to complete the C form that you will submit to Lånekassen.

IMPORTANT! ISS will not be able to process this request if you have a hold on your student account. To check your account for holds, log into Banner Self-Service at banweb.plu.edu. In the Student Services section, go to Student Records to view your holds. Please resolve all holds before submitting this request.

Once you have provided your C form, please allow 5 business days for ISS to process this request. You will receive an email when your completed C form is ready. To pick up your document from ISS, please go to the International Student Center front desk located in Harstad 112. Please bring your PLU ID Card for verification.

Returning the form to Lånekassen: Students can upload the completed form at www.lanekassen.no/. If uploading is not possible, the form can be returned to Lånekassen by fax or mail. Fax number: +47 22 72 02 64. Address: PO Box 4551, 8608 Mo i Rana, Norway.
